Terms and Privacy Policy history

Each version of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, newest first. BeryX sign-up records the accepted version on each account.

1. December 2026 · version 2026-12in force

   • Terms of Service: new section “Switching provider and data exit”, with the clauses of the Data Act (EU) 2023/2854, art. 25: notice period, transition period, exit support, list of exportable data and exceptions, retrieval period, full erasure and termination of the contract once the switch is complete. Switching charges under art. 29: at cost until 11 January 2027, zero from 12 January 2027. The clauses are pending legal review and the periods marked “to be confirmed” are decisions still open.
   • New public portability page: export methods and formats, the registry of the workspace export format (JSON Schema) and the jurisdiction of the infrastructure.
   • Privacy Policy: the website's maturity test does not ask for an email and your answers stay in your browser; only the level and the sector, without identifying anyone, go into the aggregate visit statistics. The share link keeps them in the URL fragment (the part after the #), which the browser does not send to the server.
   • Optional email at the end of the test: we send you the result only if you ask for it, at most once per address every 24 hours. BeryxTech only contacts you if you tick a second, separate box that starts unticked; in that case the request follows the same path as diagnostic requests, by email and, from 16 November 2026, also in the CRM.
   • Diagnostic form: it now includes your availability, your company's country and, if you attach it, the maturity test result, and we send you a confirmation of the request by email.
   • Cookies: if your browser prefers none of Portuguese, English or Spanish, the website now shows you English, and English is what counts as your language when setting NEXT_LOCALE (it used to be Portuguese).
   • Privacy Policy: app usage (which pages and features the workspace uses) is only collected if the workspace admin turns it on, without identifying users, and is kept for 90 days.

2. November 2026 · version 2026-11

   • Privacy Policy: Twenty joins the sub-processor list as the BeryxTech CRM on 16 November 2026, announced at least 30 days in advance. From that date, requests made on the website are also recorded in the CRM, besides reaching us by email; Twenty receives no source data and no workspace content.
   • Business follow-up of customers and professional contacts based on legitimate interest, with the right to object at any time, and the retention period for contact requests.
   • Cookies: the website's NEXT_LOCALE becomes a session cookie (it used to last one year) and is only set when you change language with the switcher or open a page in a language other than the one your browser prefers.

3. October 2026 · version 2026-10

   • Privacy Policy: full list of sub-processors, generated from the DataVault register — Stripe (payments), CloudAMQP (message queue), GitHub (code and CI), Sentry (errors) and Voyage AI (optional) are added.
   • Artificial intelligence: which data may reach each model provider, anonymisation before providers other than Anthropic, and processing on the customer's behalf when they use their own key or the models in their own AWS or Google Cloud account.
   • Retention by data type, support access only with consent and a time limit, admin-controlled public links and badges, cookies and local storage, international transfers and the response time for data subject requests.
   • Terms of Service: provider identification, version number, support without a service-level agreement unless a signed contract says otherwise, with a reference to the public support policy (channels, hours and first-response times by plan), and the change history on this page.
